We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest quality for all customers, all items are considered Final Sale once purchased. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

We encourage you to double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before finalizing your payment.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To report an issue, please email us at dripdripland@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right through a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.

  • Gift Cards: We do not offer refunds on digital or physical gift cards.

  • Personal Care Goods: For hygiene reasons, beauty products and accessories are final sale.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the event of an out-of-stock item or a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
